Install it
- Click Download for classic Outlook. You get a file called
Corporate Direct.htm.
- Close Outlook.
- Press Windows key + R, paste
%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Signatures, and press Enter.
- Move the downloaded
Corporate Direct.htm into that folder.
- Open Outlook, go to File → Options → Mail → Signatures, and pick Corporate Direct for new messages and for replies/forwards.
Use the download for classic Outlook rather than copy and paste. Pasting drops the code that keeps the logo and your details side by side.
- Click Copy signature.
- In Outlook, open Settings → Account → Signatures.
- Click + New signature, name it Corporate Direct, click in the editor box, and paste (Ctrl+V).
- Under the editor, choose it as the default for new messages and replies/forwards, then Save.
- Click Copy signature.
- In Outlook, open Outlook → Settings → Signatures.
- Click +, name it Corporate Direct, click in the editor, and paste (⌘V).
- Close the editor, then set it as the default for new messages and replies/forwards.
Delete any old signature you were using so recipients don't get two. Then send yourself a test email.
